Provided by the present invention is a multilayer ceramic condenser capable of having both reliability in a high temperature or high electric field and reliability in a high humidity or high electric field. The multilayer ceramic condenser includes a ceramic laminate (condenser main body) having multiple dielectric ceramic layers and multiple internal electrodes laminated by interposing the dielectric ceramic layers. The dielectric ceramic layer contains a perovskite type compound including Ba and Ti, Zr, and rare-earth elements. A ratio of Zr and rare earth elements about Ti 100 molar parts is in a range of 0.4-2.0 mole parts of the Zr and a range of 0.05-0.5 mole parts of the rare earth elements. A segregation material including Al exists in 80% or more of a defect part which is an area in which the continuity of an internal electrode is disconnected while the mole ratio between Zr and rare earth elements is in the range of 3.3-8.0. The average grain diameter of dielectric ceramics forming the dielectric ceramic layer is 230-350 nm.
