PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a compressed bond magnet with a case, which is low in cost, but enables the materialization of a high magnetic property, a high corrosion resistance, and a high endurance strength. SOLUTION : A compressed bond magnet 1 with a case comprises : a compressed bond magnet 2 including rare earth magnet powder such as isotropic Nd-Fe-B magnet powder, and a resin binder of thermosetting resin; a case 3 to put the compressed bond magnet 2 in; and a sealing member 4. The compressed bond magnet 2 is formed by compression molding a mixture including the rare earth magnet powder and the resin binder into a powder compact, and then hardening the resin binder in the powder compact. The rare earth magnet powder is included in the compressed bond magnet at a large content (e.g. 85-90% in volume percentage) to the whole thereof. The compressed bond magnet 1 with a case further comprises a sealing member 4 fixed to an insertion opening 3a of the case 3.
