PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a technique to simplify the mechanism for the storage and delivery of a medium such as money sheets.SOLUTION : A storage and delivery mechanism 1 includes a guide drum 2, and an elastic material belt 3 hanged over between a drive pulley 5 and a driven pulley 7. A drum outer periphery face 2a of the guide drum 2 is pressed by the belt outer surface of the elastic material belt 3. Three elastic material belts 3 are arranged in a circumferential direction, and between the drum outer periphery face 2a and the belt outer surface, the front of the following medium is overlapped on the rare of the preceding medium with a predetermined overlap length to be held.
