The present invention relates to a new structure of an oscillating device. The purpose of the present invention is to enable the stable and high-efficient transfer of vibration by remarkably improving the structure of an oscillating device, which is a main part among multiple parts installed on an oscillating conveyor system, and minimizing resistance, shock, fatigue, and noise generated when the vibration generated in a cap element is transferred to a conveyor; to reduce the defect of each part or a failure rate; and to extend the service life of the device.
