Guminovo -mineral reagent according to Claim 1, characterized in that total quantitative composition of humic acids and/or their salts is not more than 75%, and total quantitative composition of mineral component from of iron oxide, sodium oxide, magnesium oxide, aluminium oxide, calcium oxide is not less than 25%.3.
