PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ceramic capacitor which can achieve both of the capacitance stability and high reliability, and a production method thereof.
SOLUTION : In the ceramic capacitor, each dielectric layer comprises, as a primary component, a ceramic represented by BamTiO3 (0.9990≤m≤1.0015) and having a perovskite structure and to 100 atm% of Ti, 0.05 atm% or more and 0.35 atm% or less of Mn, 0.4 atm% or more and 0.8 atm% or less of Mg, 0.5 atm% or more and 0.9 atm% or less of at least one rare earth element of Ho and Dy, 0.15 atm% or more and 0.30 atm% or less of V, 0.4 atm% or more and 0.9 atm% or less of Si, and 0.00 atm% or more and 0.45 atm% or less of Ca. The average particle size of ceramic particles forming a ceramic main body is 280 nm or more and 380 nm or less.
