The present invention is to provide an exhaust gas reducing apparatus comprising : a body having an inflow port and an outflow port of fluid fuel and a pass fluid path between the inflow port and the outflow port; a plurality of impingement plates dividing the pass fluid path into a plurality of unit spaces along the longitudinal direction of the pass fluid path, connecting the unit spaces with one another, and having e fluid fuel gushing hole forming the vortex of the fluid fuel; and a rare earth permanent magnet for providing a magnetic force in the flowing fluid fuel flowing to the outflow port side along the pass fluid path.
