PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a conductive composition arranged so that an appropriate electrical performance of an electrode arranged by use of it, and the adhesion with a substrate can be ensured. SOLUTION : The conductive composition comprises : silver powder; lead-free glass powder containing Bi2O3, B2O3, ZnO and alkaline earth metal oxide at a predetermined ratio; and a vehicle made of an organic material. The conductive composition forms an electrode 13 piercing a silicon nitride layer 11 and electrically connected with an n-type semiconductor layer 12. The glass powder has a basicity of 0.3 to 0.8, and a glass transition point of 300-450°C. The alkaline earth metal oxide includes one or more oxides selected from a group consisting of MgO, BaO, CaO, and SrO. The glass powder includes, as a minor component, one or more oxides selected from a group consisting of SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, and NiO, which accounts for more than 0 to 2 mol%.
