PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a fuel battery cell endowed with improved reliability by preventing peeling between a fuel electrode layer and a solid electrolyte layer; and to provide a fuel battery cell stack device, a fuel cell module, and a fuel cell device in which the fuel battery cells are used. SOLUTION : The fuel battery cell includes the fuel electrode layer 2 composed of at least either of Ni and NiO (35-65% vol.% in a Ni conversion amount) and ZrO2in which a rare earth elements is solid-solved, the solid electrolyte layer 3 composed of ZrO2in which a rare earth element is solid-solved, and an oxygen electrode layer 4, both being laminated in this order on an electrode supporting substrate 1. Between the fuel electrode layer 4 and the solid electrolyte layer 3, there is formed an intermediate layer 8 which is composed of at least either of Ni and NiO (15-30 vol.% in a Ni conversion amount) and ZrO2in which an rare earth element is solid-solved and satisfies 16.1%COPYRIGHT : (C)2011, JPO&INPIT
