PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : PLD by cracking is hard to occur in the film forming process, superconducting properties, and, a uniform quality and superconducting properties of the thin oxide superconductor thin film can be formed using the same manufacturing target and of an oxide superconducting wire material and manufacturing method.
