PURPOSE : A red pepper washing apparatus is provided to improve the washing efficiency of red pepper, and to control the insertion speed of the red pepper.CONSTITUTION : A water tank (120) is installed on a body frame (110) and includes a water storage space with an opening on the upper side for storing water. An insertion brush roller (130) discharges red pepper inserted into the water tank to the outside by rotation. An inclined guiding unit (140) extended from one upper side of the water tank to the lower side. First and second friction brush rollers (150, 160) are installed on the falling path of the red pepper of the lower side of the inclined guiding unit to face each other, and rotate to the opposite directions. A discharge guiding unit includes a binding route with an opening on the upper side, and is formed in a slope toward an outlet.
