PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric composition which can achieve a capacity equivalent to a conventional dielectric layer without thinning the thickness of a dielectric layer, for ensuring credibility. SOLUTION : A dielectric composition, including; a base powder including BamTiO3; a first sub-component containing zirconium (Zr) oxide and carbonate; a second sub-component containing an oxide or a carbonate containing magnesium (Mg), strontium (Sr), and barium (Ba); a third sub-component containing an oxide containing at least one rare earth element; a forth sub-component containing an oxide containing at least one transition metal; a fifth sub-component containing an oxide containing at least one of vanadium (V), niobium (Nb) and tantalum (Ta); and a six sub-component containing an oxide containing at least one of silicon (Si) and aluminum (Al).
