PURPOSE : A self-purification aquarium using rare earth mineral is provided to be capable of self-purification of water quality and to easily cultivate various plants including arid plants.CONSTITUTION : A self-purification aquarium using rare earth mineral includes a case(10) having water stored by forming a space inside, a culture layer(20) consisting of rare earth mineral in a bottom of the case. Aquatic plants and other plants are simultaneously bred and cultivated inside of the case. A support unit for supporting the plants is separately formed inside of the case. The culture layer made of the rare earth mineral contains 50-70 wt% neodymium and 20-50 wt% praseodymium.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
