A Manufacturing Method for Agricultural Spray Oils

PURPOSE : A method for preparing agricultural spray-oil having carbon distribution of 15-40 in FDA grade oil, kinematic viscosity of 7-50 cSt at 40 deg.C and the unsulfonated residual content of 85 or more at the sulfuric acid treatment is provided by means of hydrogenation with rare-earth metal catalyst and catalytic dewaxing process. CONSTITUTION : A method for preparing agricultural spray-oil comprises a vacuum distillation process of unconversed oil(UCO) as a by-product of the hydrogenation process for fuel oil to converse vacuum gas oil(VGO) into light oil; a dewaxing process to catalytically dewax the distilled oil part; a hydrogenation process of dewaxed oil part; and a fractional distillation process of light hydrocarbons. The catalytic dewaxing process is performed by means of isomerization treatment and the hydrogenation process is carried out in the presence of the catalyst including 8A group rare-earth metal in periodic table. The spray-oil contains further 0.2-0.3 weight ratio of emulsifying agent.
