PURPOSE : A vegetative mat using coconut is provided to guide the sprouting and the growth of seeds by dissolving layers forming the vegetation mat by time. CONSTITUTION : A vegetative mat includes a culture layer(120), and a water-soluble sheet layer(130). The culture layer includes plural culture holes(121) on the upper surface, and seeds planted inside the culture holes. The water-soluble sheet layer is formed on the upper side of the culture layer, and is produced with one material selected from the group consisting of Korean paper, pulp, and non-woven fabrics. The water-soluble sheet layer includes a cutting hole in a grid form.
