PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a spherical phosphor that has high durability and converts the wavelength of absorbed light to emit fluorescence having high intensity, to provide a wavelength conversion filter and to provide a color conversion light-emitting device using the filter. SOLUTION : The spherical phosphor is characterized in that a transparent material containing at least one kind of fluorescent dye is spherical. In the spherical phosphor, the fluorescent dye is an organic phosphor or a rare earth metal complex. In the spherical phosphors, the transparent material is a transparent resin.
