PURPOSE : A wire-cylinder type plasma reactor for processing noxious gas is provided to react noxious gas with a charging part of a particulate matter by having the noxious gas pass through a cylinder type earth bar.CONSTITUTION : A wire-cylinder type plasma reactor for processing noxious gas comprises a corona discharge part(10), a cleansing solution tank(20), a cleansing solution circulating tool(30), and a cleansing solution division tool(60). The corona discharge part comprises a cylinder type earth bar(11), a wire type implanter pole(12), and a voltage supplier(13). The cylinder type earth bar has a water-film tool(50), and is installed vertically. The wire type implanter pole is installed inside the cylinder type earth bar. The voltage supplier supplies a voltage in the cylinder type earth bar and the wire type implanter pole. The cleansing solution tank is installed in the lower part of the corona discharge part, and stores the cleansing solution. The cleansing solution circulating tool supplies the cleansing solution in the cleansing solution tank to the water-film tool.
