PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a humidity conditioning sheet having air permeability with superior moisture absorbing/releasing performance capable of removing odorous gas occurring in living spaces and building materials and efficiently performing absorbing/releasing of moisture in a short period of time. SOLUTION : The humidity conditioning sheet is provided in which a nonwoven fabric is used as a base material composed of at least polyester-based fibers, the nonwoven fabric having air permeability of 1, 000 cc/cm2 sec or more, and the bulk density of the sheet being 0.100 g/cm3 or less, preferably 0.050 g/cm3 or less, wherein diatomaceous earths having an average particle diameter of 1-100 μm are carried.
