PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of dielectric composition for multi-layer ceramic capacitor is provided to improve minor component dispersibility of sintering aid, grain growth inhibitor, and rare earth element by modifying surface of dielectric powder using organic silane. CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of dielectric composition for multi-layer ceramic capacitor comprises next steps : mixing dielectric powder with alcohol type solvents and manufacturing particulate sol; mixing the particulate sol with organosilane in order to modify surface of the dielectric powder; adding minor component of sintering gradient material, rare earth materials, and grain growth inhibitor to the particulate sol; and coating surface of the dielectric powder with the minor components by temperature increase.
