PURPOSE : A method and a system for forming a ceramic wire and a super-conduction wire are provided to form a super-conduction precursor of rare earth-barium-copper oxide by heat processing the super-conduction precursor under high oxygen partial pressure. CONSTITUTION : A ReBCO film(12) is formed on a wire substrate(10) having a buffer layer(11). A first portion(13) having a superconducting phase is formed to be closely adhered to the buffer layer. A second portion(14) having a phase different from the superconducting phase of the first portion is formed on the first portion. The first portion comprises a rare earth : barium : copper in a ratio of 1 : 2 : 3. The ratio of the second portion can be different from the ratio of the first portion. The second portion comprises a non-stoichiometric oxide corresponding to a trace of the ceramic precursor. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
