ASBESTOS ALTERNATE MATERIAL MOLDING PRODUCED BY SINGLE-LAYER MOLDING OR LAMINATE MOLDING AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an alternate material which achieves zero emission without causing sanitary problem while having a function of asbestos, in order to solve the following problems : rice hull fragments are removed out of a natural cycle these days to increase disposal expense as agricultural waste; they are disposed by burning, thereby increasing concern about an environment load; and asbestos which has been used as an outer wall material and a partition material for reinforcing a building member and as a reinforcing material of a steel frame are recognized to be harmful to the health hygienically and prohibited to be used or manufactured. SOLUTION : The alternate material having the same functional characteristics as the asbestos is preferably formed by mixing and molding diatomaceous earth which has the same functional characteristics as the asbestos and the rice hulls as conventional waste, by single-layer molding or laminate molding through binder hardening.
