PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a transparent heat insulation sheet which solves problems of insufficiency in performance and cost of a conventional transparent heat insulation sheet and has good permeability and heat insulating property, without using an expensive silver thin film or indium oxide (ITO) thin film being a rare material, to stably achieve low-temperature film formation on a film, and to inexpensively provide a high-performance transparent heat insulation sheet.SOLUTION : The transparent heat insulation sheet comprises a layered film including a plastic transparent substrate sheet and a multilayer thin film disposed thereon, the multilayer thin film comprising a conductive ultrathin metal film and ceramic thin films comprising a transparent metal oxynitride layered on and under the ultrathin metal film, in which the refractive indexes of the ceramic thin films gradually decrease outwardly from a side close to the ultrathin metal film.COPYRIGHT : (C)2012, JPO&INPIT
