PURPOSE : An alcoholic drink or beer flavored beverage having improved taste quality, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the excellent flavor and taste of the beverage to drinkers. CONSTITUTION : An alcoholic drink or beer flavored beverage is obtained by using D-psicose, D-allose, or an additive containing thereof as rare sugar.
