The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Nd-Fe-B-based magnet, which comprises the following steps of : manufacturing a Nd-Fe-B-based auxiliary magnet including crystal grain; applying mixed powder including rear-earth hydride (rear-earth Hx) and Cu on the surface of the Nd-Fe-B-based auxiliary magnet; forming a rear-earth resource-Cu alloy by heat-treating the Nd-Fe-B-based auxiliary magnet applied by the mixed powder; and expanding the rear-earth resource-Cu alloy to the crystal grain. Accordingly, the rear-earth source-Cu alloy can be easily formed on the surface of the Nd-Fe-B-based auxiliary magnet by using a simple method.
