PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a bond magnet capable of raising a thermal resistance of resin, effectively suppressing an oxidation deterioration or the like of magnetism powder, and developing a high magnetic property. SOLUTION : The bond magnet is equipped with rare earth magnetism powder in which a heating treatment is carried out by a metal which makes zinc a principal component, and a resin binder which fixes the magnetism powder. The resin binder is made of thermoplastic polyester resin whose melting point is 220°C to 280°C, and/or thermoplastic polyolefin resin whose melting point is 150°C to 250°C. According to this configuration, a part with a weak coercive force is made into a non-magnetism by carrying out a zinc treatment of the magnetism powder to be able to demonstrate a genuine magnetism. Moreover, by using the thermoplastic polyester resin of a high melting point and/or the thermoplastic polyolefin resin of a high melting point as the resin binder, it is possible to raise the thermal resistance of the bond magnet and to realize such a bond magnet that can be used with a high quality even at a high temperature.
