PURPOSE : An R-T-B rare earth sintered magnet is provided to efficiently control a coercive force not to be degraded while improving corrosion resistance by synthetically adding Ni(Nickel), Si(Silicon), and Cu(Copper). CONSTITUTION : A sinter includes one or two kinds which are selected from oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen. The oxygen amount of the sinter is 8000ppm or less. The carbon amount of the sinter is 2000ppm or less. The nitrogen amount of the sinter is 1000ppm or less. An R-T-B rare earth sintered magnet includes the R2-T14-B1 phase of the sinter as a main phase. The average grain diameter of the main phase is 3.0 to 10.0μm. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
