PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide resistor paste having a super-high resistance of ≥1 MΩ/square in which variation in resistance is suppressed and TCR characteristics and STOL characteristics can be improved. SOLUTION : The conductive material contains a composite oxide of a rare earth element, and at least one kind selected from Ca, Sr, Ba, Mg, Cu, Ni and Co. The composite oxide of a rare earth element and at least one kind selected from Ca, Sr, Ba, Mg, Cu, Ni and Co is represented by R(2-x)A(x)Ru2O7.
