FIELD : metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE : invention refers to cast alloys on base of inter-metallide Ni3Al designed for manufacture of, for example, nozzle and working blades, units of nozzle blades, segments of combustion chamber, shutters, sprayers and other parts of gas-turbine engines of aircraft industry by method of directed crystallisation. Here is disclosed alloy on base of inter-metallide Ni3Al containing wt % : Al 8.1-8.7, Cr 4.8-5.5, Mo 2.5-4.8, W 2.5-3.0, Ti 0.01-1.5, C 0.001-0.02, La 0.015-0.30, Re 1.0-3.0, Zr 0.05-0.50, Ta 0.01-1.6, Co 0.05-6.0, Ho 0.02-0.07, Ni - the rest. The technical result of the invention is production of alloy with reduced density to 8.0 g/cm3, raised heat resistance at temperature 1100°C on base of 100 hours, at 1200°C on base of 100 hours and short time strength at temperature 1250°C.
EFFECT : usage of disclosed alloy on base of inter-metallide Ni3Al increases temperature of gas before turbine, efficiency of engine, reliability of parts and their operation resource.
