PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : to easily adjust the level, milliwave accurate setting of the unit can be performed by reduced burden of depth control, from a simple structure, no problem of failure or malfunction of the water level adjusting pipelines. SOLUTION : guide groove 5 is formed on the plate, a pair of side walls 3, 3 inner 3F is constituted of a body 1, a pressure receiving plate supporting groove 6 is approximately half the width of the bottom plate 2 is formed of an inner surface 2A. The upper end side of the pressure plate 7 having a stopper at a lower end side is fitted in a support groove receiving plate 6, the width of the guide groove 5 is fitted in both the inclined side. A stopper engaged on the lower end side of the pressure receiving plate 7 and 8 level adjusting plate having opposed upper side of the guide groove 5 is inserted in a vertically movable manner. The level adjusting plate 8, the hydraulic pressure of the pressure receiving plate 6 and/or the earth pressure receiving plate support groove 6 by a fulcrum contact with inclined backward, is held at a desired level of height adjustment, the locking engagement of the stopper with the stopper abutting on the pressure plate 7 is prevented from being separated.
