PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an easily reusable and inexpensive adsorbent with superior adsorptivity of fluorine, boron and arsenic, sedimentation property, and handleability, and to efficiently remove fluorine, boron and arsenic in water to be treated using the adsorbent. ŽSOLUTION : The adsorbent of fluorine, boron or arsenic is a rare earth metal compound carried on bentonite.
