PURPOSE : A method of manufacturing a rare-earth sintered magnet is provided to skip a separate molding process and reduce manufacturing time and cost, since a rare-earth magnetic powder filler is formed in the same shape to the end product. CONSTITUTION : A method of manufacturing a rare-earth sintered magnet comprises next steps. Rare-earth magnetic powder is manufactured(S10). The rare-earth magnetic powder is mixed with liquid solvent and rare-earth magnetic powder slurry is formed(S20). The rare-earth magnetic powder slurry is filled in a mold to form a filler(S30). The rare-earth magnetic powder slurry is injected to the mold by a slurry injection device. An upper punch is arranged on the upper side of the mold. The rare-earth magnetic powder slurry is pressed by the upper and lower punches and liquid solvent is discharged. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
