PURPOSE : Cast steel for a slag pot having high elongation at high temperature is provided to extend a service life and reduce cracks in a slag pot by manufacturing a slag pot of HLSA cast steel. CONSTITUTION : Cast steel for a slag pot(10) having high elongation at high temperature comprises C 0.09~0.25 weight%, Mn 0.6~ 1.5 weight%, P 0.025 weight% or less, S 0.025 weight% or less, Si 0.8 weight% or less, rare-earth elements 0.1~1.0 weight%, and the rest including Fe and inevitable impurities. The rare earth material comprises Ce components.
