Disclosed is a medical image diagnosis device which is provided with : a measurement calculation unit for calculating measured values by use of multidimensional information relating to the object section of the medical image of the person being examined; an image display unit for displaying the measured values and the medical image; a re-input unit for re-inputting one of the multidimensional information and the measured values of the medical image displayed by the image display unit; and a measurement re-calculation unit for recalculating, on the basis of the re-inputted one of the multidimensional information and the measured values, the other of the multidimensional information and the measured values.
