Useful model relates down the field of inorganic chemistry, more concrete specific, to the systems of the complex thermochemical processing of phosphate raw material it can find a use before the industrial technology of obtaining phosphorus, alkaline phosphates, connections of fluorine, strontium, rare-earth metals and high-alumina cement from the poor apatite and phosphoritic raw material and the withdrawals of enrichment.Of the solved by task useful model appears the creation of the effective system of the complex thermochemical processing of accessible nonstandard apatite and phosphoritic raw material and by-products of its enrichment for obtaining of phosphorus, alkaline phosphates and other associated useful components.The attainable technical result consists before an increase in the specific productivity of the system of the complex processing of phosphate raw material due to reduction in the operating temperature of the process of reduction and changing the flow chart of the functioning of the [rudotermicheskoy] furnace, which ensures shortening the time of the technological cycle of the production of the end products with simultaneous increase in the ecological safety of production and reduction in the labor cost indicated.The solution of the problem presented and technical the result indicated are achieved as follows.The system of the complex processing of nonstandard phosphate raw material, which includes means for the preparation of charge, the thermochemical restorations of phosphorus and associated components, according to useful model, contain the first section of the preparation of charge, which includes equipment for the supply, crushing and mixing nonstandard apatite - nephelinic raw material, the restorer in the form of coke, silicates and fluxing additives, the second section, which includes [rudotermicheskuyu] furnace for the thermochemical restoration from the charge of phosphorus and associated components and third section for their separation; moreover the output of [rudotermicheskoy] furnace on the volatile components is connected with the entrance of the third section, which contains equipment for the precipitation from the flying associated components and condensations of vapors of phosphorus, and the output of [rudotermicheskoy] furnace on the stock remainder is connected with the entrance of the fourth section, which contains equipment for the isolation and processings aluminous slag beside the associated useful chemical products.Furthermore, [rudotermicheskaya] furnace can be executed in the form vacuum electric arc oven.Furthermore, [rudotermicheskaya] furnace can be executed in the form the vacuum induction oven, which contains the horizontally located heat-insulated metal tube from the high-temperature alloy, the inductor is established above it, and inside the pipe is placed auger mechanism with the external drive for the transport of charge before the direction from the feed bin to the outlet of pipe, which is communicated with the system of evacuation and the entrances of the third section on the volatile components and of the fourth section on the stock remainder.Furthermore, the system of the complex processing of phosphate raw material can contain equipment for the extraction from the volatile and [skondensirovannykh] products of the thermochemical restoration, including of phosphates, fluorides, rare-earth metals, strontium and their connections.Description on 8 l., formula 4 paragraphs, illustration 1
