PURPOSE : A dielectric ceramic and a laminated ceramic capacitor are provided to improve the reliability and the capacitance temperature characteristic of the laminated ceramic capacitor. CONSTITUTION : A dielectric ceramic is based on a columnar particle. At least one rear earth element is further included in the dielectric ceramic. The columnar particle is based on barium titanate compound. The rear earth element is selected from a group including La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Tb, Lu, and Y. The dielectric ceramic is in a mixed crystalline structure containing a first crystalline particle(1) and a second crystalline particle(2). The first crystalline particle is obtained by solidifying the rear earth element in the columnar particle. The second crystalline particle is composed of a core part(5) and a shell part(6). The core part is based on the columnar particle, and the shell part is obtained by solidifying the rare earth element in the columnar particle. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
