PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ceramic composition having excellent low temperature sinterability, high dielectric constant and higher thermal expansion coefficient than that of alumina, and to provide a multilayer circuit board comprising the ceramic composition as a high dielectric constant ceramic layer and a low dielectric constant ceramic layer laminated thereon. SOLUTION : This ceramic composition is composed of 30 to 60 wt.% of dielectric ceramic component and 40 to 70 wt.% of glass component, where the dielectric ceramic component is expressed by general formula : αCaO-βTiO2 -γ(La1-m Mem )O3/2 -δZrO2 (Me is a rare-earth element except Y and La; 10.5<=α<=36.5, 36.5<=β<=58.0, 6.5<=γ<=29.5, 8.5<=δ<=29.5, 0<=m<=1, α+β+γ+δ=100) and the glass component comprises, each in terms of oxide, 5.0-30.0 mol% Ca, 40-60 mol% Si, 5.0-20.0 mol% Ba, 10.0-20.0 mol% B, and 3.0-15.0 mol% Al.
