PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rotor of which exposure of a permanent magnet piece 3 from an extraction hole 21 is eliminated without degrading performance of a motor, relating to the rotor 1 of a motor that comprises a rotor core 2 in which electromagnetic steel plates are stacked; a permanent magnet piece 3 of rare earth which is embedded in a plurality of embedding slots 20 formed on the rotor core 2 along its rotational direction; and a synthetic resin 8 which is so integrally molded as to embed the rotor core 2 and the permanent magnet piece 3, of which the extraction hole 21 which is an extraction trace of a support pin for holding the rotor core 2 at molding is formed at the synthetic resin part 8. SOLUTION : One surface of the rotor core 2 is provided with a presser member 5 which presses the permanent magnet piece 3 by closing the embedding slot 20, so that, at molding, the presser member 5 abuts with the support pin for the rotor core 2 to be held.
