PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an iron-group rare earth alloy magnet for preventing the characteristics from deteriorating easily, even if conditions regarding crystaliazation heat treatment vary. SOLUTION : A composition expression is expressed by (Fel-m Tm )100-x-y-z Qx Ry Mz . In this case, T is at least one kind of elements selected from among group comprising Co and Ni, Q is at least one kind of elements selected from a group comprising B and C, R is at least one kind of rare earth metal elements that does not substantially contain La and Ce, and M is at least one kind of metal elements selected from among a group comprising Ti, Zr, and Hf and necessarily contains Ti.
