PURPOSE : A recovering method is provided to improve the economical efficiency of a pyro process by effectively removing and recovering an actinide group element whose residual concentration is less than 100 ppm.CONSTITUTION : A residual actinide group element is recovered in a chloride molten salt by adopting a mixing method which utilizes a LCC electrolysis and a CdCl2 oxidizer. The concentration of the actinide group element is decreased by depositing the actinide group element contained in the chloride molten salt by using electrolysis using the liquid cadmium cathode inside the chloride molten salt. A CdCl2 oxidizer is added to the mixture of the chloride molten salt and the LCC. A rare earth material is formed in the chloride molten salt by oxidizing the rare earth materials deposited to the LCC.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
