PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a working method capable of precision working of oxide superconducting bodies that are difficult to work, and also to provide precisely worked oxide conductive elements. SOLUTION : A working method for an oxide superconductor characterized by a structure where oxide superconductors having non-superconductive phases finely dispersed in single crystal like REBa2Cu3O7-xphase (where RE is rare earth elements containing Y or a combination of them, x is oxygen deficienct amount) is disclosed. The oxide superconductor is subjected to a sandblast processing, after a mask with a desired pattern is mounted on the working surface of the oxide superconductor.
