PURPOSE : A multi purpose rice seed direct seeder is provided to enable a horizontal earth plow to cut the earth while collecting the earth inward and to a lifting earth plow to cut the earth while lifting the earth. CONSTITUTION : A multi purpose rice seed direct seeder comprises a lifting earth plow(3) attached on the front of a supporting plate(6), and a horizontal earth plow(1) attached on the outside of the lifting earth plow. A primary earth mover(2) is attached in a state of being tilted inward to be crossed on the top of the lifting earth plow.
