PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a water cleaning cartridge having a long service life by uniformizing raw water over the whole cleaning material though a rare space is occurred inside due to biasing of the cleaning material and to provide a water stream regulating plate for the water cleaning cartridge for securing the ability of the water cleaning cartridge and extending its life. SOLUTION : In the water cleaning cartridge 9 filled with the cleaning material 13 within a case 12, the water stream regulating panel 16 for regulating the position of the water stream entering the inside of the case is provided at either or both of the water entering side end face 14 and the water discharging side end face 17 of the case 12 so as to allow water to pass through the center part of the end face 14 or the end face 17 of the case 12.
