PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of exhibiting high corrosion resistance over a long period of time by preventing the deterioration in a coat in using a rare-earth based permanent magnet having an alkali silicate coat having a working environment under the presence of refrigerant or lubricating oil on a surface in the environment.
