本发明为一种高硼高铬低碳耐磨合金钢及其制备方法,其化学成分按重量百分比为: 0.10~0.5% C,3~26% Cr,0.5~1.2% Si,0.5~1.5% Mn,0.3~2.8% B,0.3-2.6% Cu, 0.2-0.6% Ti,0.02-0.15% Ca,0.03-0.25% Ce,0.02-0.18% N,0.05~0.3% Nb,0.04~0.09% Al,0.02~0.15% Mg,0.04-0.13% K,S<0.03%,P<0.04%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质元素。 采用废钢、铬铁在电炉中熔化后加入铜板、硅铁、锰铁,炉前调整成分合格后,将熔体温度 升高至1560-1620℃,加入硅钙合金和铝脱氧,然后依序加入钛铁和硼铁熔化出炉;将小于 12mm的颗粒状稀土镁合金和金属铈、Si3N4、VN、Nb和K所组成的复合变质孕育剂经烘烤后 放在钢水包底部,用包内冲入法对冶炼好的钢水进行变质孕育处理,钢水浇注温度为1400~ 1450℃;铸件经920~1150℃保温2-4小时,然后空冷到室温,即可得到本发明合金钢。本 发明具有强度、硬度和韧性、耐热疲劳性和耐磨性好,生产成本低等优点。
