The present patent invention concerns magnetic instrument for use in minimally invasive surgery, (1), which is characterized by being constituted by a shell (2) having an oval silicone, acrylic or resin containing therein a core (3) composed of magnet (4) diatom rare, a central conduit (5) disposed longitudinally allotted for the passage of catheters, tweezers and guide wire and two conduits (6) transverse to the flossing, catheters and instruments (7) adjunct; its purpose is performing surgical procedures within bodily cavities or hollow viscera through the magnetic attraction of the magnet (4) the inner instrument with another magnet (8) coupled to the corporeal surface (9) aside from being used outer also, insertion probe (1) placement; the instrument (1) may be introduced into the organism orally or rectally to be manipulated within the digestive tract, or be introduced via surgical, thoracic or abdominal wall either by, vaginal or vein, to be manipulated within bodily cavities.
