PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an adhesive sheet which has an excellent adhesive property not only to a smooth surface of an adherend but also to a roughened surface thereof, and is substantially free from the occurrence of floating-up/peeling-off of the adhesive sheet for a long period of time when an adhesion of the adhesive sheet is once completed, and has an excellent re-peelability without soiling the adherend with the adhesive in the case of peeling off the adhesive sheet. SOLUTION : The re-peelable adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer on at least one side of a substrate. The adhesive layer comprises an acrylic emulsion type adhesive comprising an acrylic copolymer containing n-butyl acrylate and/or 2-ethylhexyl acrylate as a main component in combination with acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid as a monomer. The loss tangent of the dynamic viscoelasticity spectrum of the adhesive layer at a frequency of 1 Hz has an upward projecting peak in a low temperature region of -20°C or less, a downward projecting peak in a middle temperature region of 10 to 40°C, and the loss tangent at 70°C is 0.38 to 0.57.
