PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce a consumption of a crusher while an effect of an improvement of orientation by addition of lubricant is received. SOLUTION : A starting material of an R-T-B (R= one type or two types or above rare earth elements comprising Y, T=one type or two types or above transition metal elements and B=boron) system rare earth permanent magnet is coarsely crushed, and solid-like lubricant A is added. Crude powder to which lubricant A is added is pulverized and liquid-like lubricant B is added to fine powder. Fine powder to which lubricant B is added is formed and a compact is obtained. The compact is sintered. Then, consumption of the crusher can be reduced while the effect of the improvement of orientation by addition of lubricant is received. COPYRIGHT : (C)2004, JPO
