PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a thin-shaped capacitor with a high withstand voltage whose utility value is very high on an industry in a simple and short process by a spraying method. SOLUTION : In the capacitor, a dielectric layer is constituted by a rare earth element oxide formed by the spraying method, and a pair of electrodes are provided in face to face with each other through the dielectric layer.
