PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To impart the characteristics of natural ore to a resin or fiber by mixing the powder of the functional natural ore. SOLUTION : This fiber or resin containing mineral fine particles is obtained by mixing fine particles containing the natural ore and the ore containing a rare earth element, or the slurry of the fine particles obtained by crushing the minerals containing both substances by a wet type crushing method and having a maximum particle diameter ≤5 μm into a spinning stock solution or molten polymer and wet-spinning or melt spinning.
