The invention provides an additive for cooling water and antifreeze of a radiator for improving performance of conveying equipment, and antifreeze prepared by adding the additive. The additive contains tourmaline powder, medical stone, germanium and rare earth metals such as lanthanum, cerium, neodymium etc., hydrogen is produced via lanthanum (La), cerium (Ce) and neodymium (Nd) with hot water in cooled one, the produced hydrogen is stored in iron-titanium alloy, and the stored hydrogen is dispersed again with a function of power storage by the circulation. The invention is capable of savingfuels and reducing purged gas. Furthermore, the invention makes for cleaning up environment, decreasing noises, improving effect of combustion ratio and implementing the performances for maintaining electrostatic pressure and reducing static electricity, having a function of cleaning internal air of vehicles during a process of oxidizing and restoring repeatedly.
